I think the Monteray booster by sunshine kids is a full backed one? i have a skep booster and a super nanny booster both in pink for our girls in each of our cars, the particular model skep I have they dont seem to sell anymore and its like a Phil & Ted Tott xt style but narrower and has the highest headrest which is good for tall miss5 (120cm) you could try phone babyonline whom sells them

I love that booster. We have removed the extra padding because he's too big to need it now. But that extra padding would be good for a smaller kid. The head part moves up as they get taller. Very comfortable and the back comes off later for when they just need a booster pad. Daniel is still in the harness and is a similar age to your girl. My daughter (4.5) has outgrown her car seat and I would like to look into getting her a full backed booster seat.
