    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22439">ooligator</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 40687<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 October 2011 at 3:28pm<br /><br />Hi, I did 2x clomid cycles through FA, and in the first cycle, when I had my scan on CD11, I had one mature follicle, and a 2.2cm cyst on the right ovary.  <br /><br /><br />The 2nd clomid cycle, I had a mature follicle, and the cyst had grown.  Can't remember how much it had grown, think it was about 2.8cm?<br /><br /><br />Unfortunately cysts thrive on estrogen, which is what the clomid is encouraging your body to make more of.  I have endometriosis, and the specialist at FA said that yes, with endo, (and presumably other estrogen dominant conditions) clomid can encourage cyst formation.<br /><br /><br />So after the 2nd cycle, with the cyst having grown, we decided not to do any more clomid cycles.]]>

Unfortunately i had quite a large cyst which seemed to take up alot of the hormones i was taking so other follies werent developing properly so FS suggested cancel and start after next period <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Has anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a good cycle?<br /><br />]]>
