No, I don't think so. I think next year will be worse again though just looking at how their emotions start changing. Yes I have one of those here, although she only turned 5 yesterday, lol!
Isla is horrendous with getting dressed- not the actual getting them on or chosing them, but once dressed she fuses/moans/cries that the clothes are itchy/sore/uncomfortable and tantrums etc for ages, then will snap out of it, then do it again at random times in the day. The behaviour improved heaps lately- star charts with offer of a present, and offer of a lolly each time she dressed without fuss were not in the least bit of interest to her, but once I conviscated all her dvds sh started getting better, and earned one dvd back when she got dressed without fuss. But after getting the last one back just a few days ago, plus a bonus new one, she was back at it today, arghhhh!!!

5 year olds are horrid. They also like their things & hate being sent to their bedrooms.

I think we sat ours down & talked to her about how she was. My eldest has recently started school and oh my god, her attitude has turned nasty! How on earth do you deal with the smart alec attitude of a 5 year old?? She's rude, mean and back chats all the time.
