The kids were in the lounge just around the corner and went a little quiet. I called out to ask what they were doing. Chloe (nearly 3yrs) calls out "I'm reading the news"....okaaaay, so I ask what Alex (11 months) is doing and she says "he's playing on the computer". Images of him sitting in the chair playing an online game while she is perched on the couch with the newspaper spring to mind, so I peak around and she has a little cookbook in hand and he is playing with cable hanging off the desk.]]>

A few days later we went to visit a friend who has a 3 month old and she said "are we taking this baby home mum" and I said no, she was my friends baby not ours and DD said "thats good coz I don't like this one much anyway" lol.]]>

I told him not to do it in case he got a shock, and he asked what would happen if he got a shock and I explained he could get very hurt and some people have died from electric shocks.<br /><br />Later on he was asking who Grandads Dad was, and I said that I called him Pop, but he was dead now.  After a few moments "Well, he shouldn't have been playing with the vacuum cleaner cord, should he!"]]>
