I imagine that will be the hard bit, I've had about zero success storing roll-out icing once it's been opened, no matter how I wrap it it always goes hard. ]]>

I'd be inclined to put them back in the packaging, wrap in glad wrap and put in a snap lock bag and store in a cool, dry place, but not in the fridge.]]>

I've just iced my Christmas cake but I have loads of both the almond and white icing left over and would quite like to tuck it away at least for a while.  Seems like such a waste if I can't.]]>
