Walking with bub is always a good way of getting exercise in in those first few weeks and then slowly building up from there as you feel up to it. <br /><br />Also get your mw to check your abs post partum as they can seperate and you need to take care with what exercises you do until they come back together.<br /><br />All the best! So if you only bleed for 4 weeks then you still cant go for another 2. Have a chat to your midwife but its all about stopping infections, you should also not have bath's. Plus the first 6 weeks can be VERY tiring so you may not feel like it anyway! ]]>

I love the swimming does anyone know any way I can still do it?]]>
