We had this problem for a while with huggies so I used 2 nappies overnight, worked a treat! Good news!

It look like our little problem's sorted now... For the moment at least!

Thanks to everyone who suggested putting the nappy up higher at the front - I did that (with his normal nappy brand and size) and he's been fine since.

we have the same problem at the moment as well (DS is 21 mths). have tried several different brands (incl huggies), gone up a size, changed his nappy in the middle of the night, put a cloth cover over- nothing works!!! I have found he is doing a huge wee which just leaks out staight away (one night at midnight his nappy was very slightly wet....one hr later he woke up crying and was entirely wet through).

He has stopped the last couple of night, but the only other thing that has occured to me....is that when I put his nappy on I make sure his penis is pointing down, but being a boy he likes to play with it during the night and sleep with his hands down his nappy so I can't help wondering if he is pointing it up so therefore when he does a wee, the wee just goes staight up (and out). Going to try him wearing a s/s bodysuit to bed and see if his helps.

We've had the same problem for months, definitely use Huggies or treasures, and use a bigger size. DD is a tummy sleeper too. We still have the odd leak, but probably only about once a week now

We switched to huggies at night and make sure wee man has his bottle about 15 mins before bed, he rarely leaks through but if he has tight fitting pants on over his nappy it doesn't help much.
Does your wee guy have a big drink before bed? Also maybe try the next size up? I've found that the weight range on huggies is almost irrelevant so I put our boy in the size that starts closest to his weight (IE he's 14kg so is in the 13-18kg walker nappies) rather than the toddler 10-15kg. I've had to boost my boys overnight disposable nappy with a cloth insert and put a cloth cover over the top. It is the only thing that works reliably for us (and is all still pretty wet in the morning so I think he is just a big wee-er).

We do use cloth during the day, so I already have nappies to wash etc. that I can put the inserts in with so wasn't such a stretch for us to start using them though.

I have heard the suggestion off using two nappies (poking a few holes in the one closest to the babes bottom to let the moisture come through). Hi ladies!

Could anyone help me with a little problem I'm having with my one-year-old DS?

Lately his nappy has been leaking overnight - it used to happen occasionally, but now it's every night. I'm getting tired of having to change his sheets every morning, although it doesn't seem to bother him! We've tried different brands of nappies but nothing seems to work. During the day his regular brand (Dryups) is excellent.

If anyone has any hints or suggestions I'd be really grateful to hear them!
