Now I am more relaxed again (she is 20mo) and if she is tired, sometimes has two sleeps on the odd day :-)]]>

It works well for us, her sleep is normally around 2 hours in the morning before lunch, then bedtime is 7.  I found when she was having 2 sleeps she was fighting going to sleep at bedtime, and also began fighting when I put her down for either nap.
