Which is lucky as I struggle to find time/motivation for the exercise part.<br /><br />My biggest problem was not eating enough fruit and veg, so now everytime I feel like something that isn't "allowed"  I make myself to eat a piece of fruit/veg and a glass of water first. I've found that very helpful. <br />Also a cuppa tea.... by the time the jug is boiled, and tea cool enough to drink, I've usually forgotten what I was craving. <br /><br />Otherwise its all about portion control for me, and lots of water.]]>

I also needed to exercise - something little most days.  Drinking heaps of water also helped me.  Don't try to change everything at once and if you have a bad day, don't let it put you off, just start again in the morning.
