I'd be interested to hear also if this is nationwide. Oh really? I just had a look on the Waikato Kindergarten Association website and it only says for 3-5yo's. Plus you can only get into our local kindy from about 3.5 atm. I don't know if anyone else has heard - but we just had a note come home from the boys' Kindy saying that the Kindergarten Association (nationwide) has just announced that they'll be giving ALL 2 year olds 20 free hours of childcare...
