I have monitored my e2 levels each month for iui. I think they peak at different times for diff people - I usually don't get a rise until day 18 so perhaps it will be higher in a day or so?

So Im on an unmonitored cycle due to having HSG but decided to go ahead and get Day 12 and 21 bloods to see how im going on a natural cycle. My E2 today on CD 12 is 342. What I dont understand is that all info I can find states a mature follicle is 200-600 so considering i most likely only have 1 follicle I am struggling to understand why this is considered low?
