Hi ladies, I just happened across your post. I am also in Laingholm, I have a nearly 5 yr old son and a 22month old daughter. We've been in Laingholm about a year now but haven't met too many other mums as I work the days play group happens to fall. :( Perhaps we could meet up as a small group? Just to let you know my son was at Laingholm kindy and the earliest they start them there is also 3 years old, I'm pretty sure Woodlands Park is the same too. I have been taking my two to titirangi playgroup, but that is only two hours one day per week. It will be another year till my oldest can go to titirangi kindy, so not really sure what to do. Hi!, I don't know much about Laingholm kindy as my boy is not yet old enough to attend. I have been taking him to the playcentre and he loves that. Well, happy to meet up for our own playgroups if your keen. I am a stay at home mum so I try to get my little boy(22 months) out and about as much as possible so he still has good interaction with other children. Yes it is run my parents, so you need to be able to commit to two days per week and help out with the running of the centre as well as education.
