It also has the rear suspension so is great at the beach and off road.

I have also locked the front wheel from time to time when I have needed to run home and it is great.

Had to replace the back tyres after 18mths because I'd used it so much they'd worn through! It lies flat for a newborn or you can get a peanut carrycot for it so they are facing you. Best thing to do would be to go to a few baby shops and try out different buggies and see what you find most comfortable.

I do a lot of walking for fitness and I really want to continue this when baby arrives, so I'm looking for something baby will be safe and comfortable in (suspension). I've been eyeing up the baby jogger city elite. I'm quite tall so want something that will accommodate my stride so that I won't be bashing into the back of it.
I've heard three wheels are better than four for ease of navigation. Also is a hand break control better than just a foot control?
Do most buggies allow a new baby to lay flat or do you need to buy additional carrycots? I see online they often say suitable from birth but they don't demonstrate how to recline to lay baby flat.

So many buggies, so confusing!

Anyone recommend some buggies I should check out?
Thanks
