I use Botanicas Baby Balm - a honey and beeswax based one that I love. Yeah stay away from Zinc based creams like Sudocreme. The main thing to look for in a nappy cream suitable for cloth nappies is that it is zinc free. Two great creams to use with cloth nappies are BaoBaby Bum-Bum Balm and Iolite Nappy Rash Cream. They are both available at www.beautifulbottoms.co.nz
