Thanks mushrooms, that explains it. My boyfriend has antisperm antibodies but unsure if the sperm are abnormal or not, so might

Poppy - from what I understand, imsi is icsi, with the added step of sperm being selected with ultra-high magnification first to make sure they look completely normal. Epic- I don't know if your in New Zealand but if so it is only at the Auckland clinic, it's not funded and a wee bit more expensive but from the research I've done it gives you an extra chance. Some researchers had labeled it super isci. Hi Ladies,

I have had two IVF w isci cycles (male factor infertility), one a BFN and one a BFP ending in MC both with nothing left to freeze. We are moving forward with a third cycle early next year and are thinking about trying ivf with imsi has anyone gone down this path after previous failed cycles?
