Hi Everyone

Just wondering if anyone else has had their hormones go out of sync after mc? I mc back in May (after trying for 18 months) and since mc every month has been so confusing as the last time I had acne was early 20s (I'm now 33) it's really bad around my jaw line and I never get spotting before AF and last few months get it a week before AF.
And is there any solution to settling back to normal? I have read to cut out sugar which I'm working on, hasn't helped with acne but has with AF moods.
