Hi, I'm 33 weeks pregnant now with my 3rd baby and I've had a head and chest cold for almost 2 months. Started as influenza and Doctor says just take paracetamol. I'm not sure if it's one virus or I keep catching more! I have 2 young children so I'm pretty busy and always feeling run down. Is there anything anyone can recommend to help get rid of this or at least strengthen my immune system? I really don't want to be coughing like crazy during labour!
