Not sure how it happened cos right up till then he was still wetting through a huggies nighttime nappy and he still has bottles to get himself to sleep but one thing we did do was tell him to go to the toilet before bed and before we put his nappy on. Then we noticed he was dry for a week so i stopped putting a nappy on him and he has been dry since.
A true nutter. This is the mental health nurse that can be an inpatient in his own ward at times. But I can see the genes thing I studied them this year and so hope Andrew gets none of his.

But it's pretty unfair for everyone to be "planning" that Andrew won't TT at night for another three years

Thanks everyone for your comments. Makes me relax a little. With or without toiletting right beforehand, Hannah always seems to "let go" within 5 minutes of having her night nappy put on, saying "I like doing wees in my nappy"... she's obviously learnt that its ok (compared to undies) but it just had me a bit anxious I guess.

He has pullups but is dry 3 nights out of 4 at the moment. We are getting him up just before we go to bed at the moment so he can go toilet again at night time. He isn't usually all that with it when he goes at 10pm but still does wees.

One thing that pi$$es me off is that now Andrew is TT during the day he is being compared to his nutter uncle (BIL I hate), and I have no idea why. His nutter uncle didn't TT at night till he was 6 and I asked my MIL why that was brought up and she was like "he (andrew) might be the same". HOW??? WHY??? There ain't none of his nutter uncle in him.

She does have the odd dry night. (sometimes several in a row). But i have got her in pullups instead of undies at night. I know she would tt easier at night if i left her in undies. But i tried that and i didnt like getting up 3 times a night to change the sheets. so im going to wait a bit longer. Doesnt worry me but seems to worry my family members.

Hannah has been day TTed for a while now but is showing no interest in being TTed at night. I'm guessing it will probably happen sometime next year for her. How old were yours and who initiated it (you or him/her)?
