Did multiple TDEE tests and they told me my TDEE was 2100-2200 calories. Once I am done and stop the cut and get back to maintenance, should I slowly build up in calories so I don't regain weight? I saw some things online about people having 'stunt' metabolisms because they were on a cut and they come back to eating normally and regain almost all the weight.
