I dont have problems with texting vodafone but sometimes I dont get messages form my friends who are vodafone.
But I ofund when I was on vodafone before I switched to telecom that sometimes messages from my vodafone to another vodafone would take anywhere from instantly up to 5dyas to arrive to the other phone.
I always wondered why people used to send me messages telling me I was a snob when I was actually texting them. It used to frustrate me.

Our mobile support Team have advised that there is a know problem at present with texting to other networks. At this stage, we do not have an ETA for a fix for this, but are working as hard as possible to resolve this issue. "

So I guess thats good? I have both and I have to say that they are much of a muchness in terms of customer service. Vodafone were down for 2 days over NY with no explanation other than overloading, yet Telecom managed to function. But I can send PXt from my vodafone when roaming and not my Telecom.

I have one of each and have problems with both at times I come to the conclusion that on busy days they give telecom to telecom txts higher priority same with vodaphone. I recently switched from vodafone and never had issues sending to telecom from that phone which makes me think that maybe vodafone's network is superior?

YES! I'm so glad to hear that, well not really but you get what I mean.. I was just about to take my phone in to get looked at. I keep getting error messages saying sending failed and my mum says she has sent me messages but they never arrive! she has vodafone, I have telecom.
