Rooibos is a tea from South Africa. You get it in the shops over here as well. It is a tea made from a bush in South Africa and does really lots of wonders. It doesnt have caffiene in so safe to drink for pregnant moms.

If baby have bad excema or bum rash you use it to wipe their bum with it or put a few bags in the bath with them and it clears right up. If their urine is too strong you give it to drink for them and it help ease the pain. For teething it does wonders for this one.

Unfortanatly Emma, McKayla will go for weeks and weeks on end. Teeth will push and I will think Yay in another day or too but then it pushes right back. It seems she is busy with molars.

Her Grandma thinks it might have even been a nightmare. She is really really clingy this week again. Well yesterday morning she slept for ages. And went down for a really long afternoon nap as well. She went early to bed. Didnt wake up at all and woke up at 6 wanting boob.

So had a really good night in the fact that she didnt wake up. Me on the other hand woke up quite often to feel her temp and to make sure she is breathing and are really okay.

Well she slept for 2 and a half hours. Now she has never ever done this before. Not even as a newborn.

Woke up being really really cheerful and playfull. Seems her urine is also really concentrated today. Must be teeth. Upping breastmilk and water a bit and will give her some rooibos too. Dont know what happened last night. She woke up in bed with us early this morning and just started crying. Must be teeth or something. So she gets halfway up and I try to hug her so she puts her head on my shoulder and just cries her little heart out. So I try and BF her and she takes my shirt down and just spoon lie with me takes my hand put it on her and then hugs it. So goes to sleep. 5 minutes later the exact same thing when I try to lie on my back.

That teeth must have really bothered her. This morning she wouldnt let me go one minute. Even had to make sarmies for her dad while having her on my hip. I guess that is why woman was made to multi task.
