Shirena is quite correct, depending on each persons metabolism is how effective that small amount is. I think the most ironic thing of all is that some elderly people take a couple of panadol to help tham sleep at night!

Jack had his 15 month immunisations on thurs and the dr said give him some as soon as we get home and before he goes to bed. I gave him some when we got home and he wouldn't go down for his afternoon sleep and then kept waking at night not in pain just very awake and wanting to play. The next night he was back to normal and slept all night.

I have noticed the few times I have given it he just won't sleep. I figured it must be the sugar or something in it as he gets quite active after having sugar (same as me when I was young). Is there anything else I can give that wouldn't keep him awake?
