Ok, so I finally made this today.  Hell it is sooooo good.  Forget storing it for up to 2 weeks!!!  I even did real chocolate melted on the top!!!

Just made this, but am a bit worried about eating it as I'm 28weeks pregnant. Does the egg cook enough just from the heat of the other ingredients? My mum makes that as well, but sometimes she adds sultanas to it as a treat.

125gms butter
125gms sugar
1pkt wine biscuits (crushed)
1 egg
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2tsp vanilla

Boil butter and sugar together for 1 minute, add everything else and mix well...(add egg last, will cook with the heat from the sugar and butter)

scoop into a cake tin, press flat, cut when cold

for a really yummy extra, when cold ice with chocolate icing.
