Very quick and easy and super yummy!! Nice and easy to change things too. I put capsicums, courgettes and leek in it instead of celery and it was really good. Thanks for the recipe Kellz

Cook for 5 min til onion soft.
Add 1 TBS flour and stir for 2 mins. Remove from heat.
Gradually add 1 cup milk, stiring constantly.
Return to heat and stir until sauce thickens and comes to the boil. Remove from heat.
Add 2 eggs and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Mix well. Stir in cooked rice (3/4cup raw rice-dunno how much that is cooked sorry- about 2 cups I think), 2 TBS chopped parsley, and a 425gcan tuna (drained and flaked). Season.
Put in greased dish, top with cheese (or bread crumbs). Bake at 180degrees for 20mins. Serve hot or cold.

Very yum and great the next day too!
