You might not be comfortable with this but sometimes I would just take Jack and he would fall asleep in the car and I would leave him to sleep on there. He would only sleep for about 30 mins in the car tho.

I'm really lucky tho cos he still has 2 day sleeps so if he misses the morning one he is quite happy to have a big afternoon one.

Relax on the routines I say

Have fun at playgroup, Lucy will have a huge sleep after them I'm sure !!

We went once a week and stretched her sleep for that day (she'd always crash as soon as we got home, no time for lunch) but all the other days she went to bed at 11am still.

Lucy (17 mths) has a sleep between 10ish - 11.30ish, all depends on when she goes to sleep, this is all that she has all day, no afternoon sleeps. Anyway, there are a few platgroups that I am wanting to go to with her and they start about 10.30am, at her sleeping time. How do I change her sleeping patterns? Is it hard? Any suggestions!!
