Trademe has some copies, and Amazon has great reviews of it. I"m in Rangiora and use the CHCH library which has a copy. <br /><br />From what I understand it's wrapping the child in cloth so their arms are close to their bodies. This helps as baby's often wake themselves with their arms.<br /><br />Am not even pregnante and I'm doing research on this stuff.... am slightly obsessed!!]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10436">Andie</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7991<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06 June 2007 at 11:26am<br /><br />I swaddled Ella for about 7&amp; 1/2 months - it really helped her get to sleep.&nbsp; I haven't checked out the miracle blanket, but sounds interesting.&nbsp; I experimented with a couple of different types of wraps and in the end found that the only ones that worked for my girl were stretch 100% cotton flat wraps, and the only ones on the market were too small for the way I wrapped her (had the baby lying parallel to the side seams), so I just overlocked some fabric from Spotlight... viola - best wraps ever!&nbsp; If you're making them, overlocking is all you need for the edges, as you don't want bulky seams.&nbsp; ]]>

My little one has her muslin wrap as her snuggly now - covers her face with it to go to sleep! Dont think she could do that with a swaddle balnket <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0"> <br />There are heaps out there - all the baby stores sell them as well as online :) Good luck  - swaddled babies definately sleep better!]]>
