I just got mine in the mail today and its fab! Heaps bigger than I thought. Its mainly baking, breads, snacks etc (not main meals) but also has a section on kids parties and christmas. There is a section at the start that shows you how to substitute and what with, avoiding cross-contamination, definitions etc. I really like that it has recipes like pastry, pizza bases, bread etc. Each recipe has very clearly displayed what it doesnt contain and variations of ingredients.
