Bepanthen cream and powders seemed to work for Hanny pants. You will get a few sample ones in your Bounty pack once you've had bubs as well. What's the best nappy cream for sensitive skin? (I'm only guessing that bubs will have sensitive skin, but as both DH and I do it seems a pretty safe bet).

I've heard that the old Ecostore one was good but not so much the new formula. What about the Palmers Cocoa Butter one? Or pawpaw ointment?
