I just cut down one-two express times each day until eventually I only had to express a little to relieve pain, and then I just left it and they stopped producing.]]>

As well as being more prone to bacteria growing etc.<br /><br />As for your milk supply, you don't necessarily have to do anything - but if you find yourself getting engorged it is suggested to express off just a little bit, and eventually your breasts will adjust. I have heard others recommend cabbage leaves in the bra, but never tried it myself. ]]>

Looks like the Karicare is working well!  Might swap to just formula and that way I know how much he is getting so I can sort his routine a bit better.  Any suggestions on how to stop my milk supply?]]>

He's not so bunged up that's for sure!<br /><br />Another question for you - If he doesn't want all of his bottle in one go, how safe is it to keep until you should throw it away?  Sometimes he can take an hour or two to take his feed and it seems wasteful to throw it out but the packaging suggests that you should.]]>

Sam was terrible on Heinz Nurture Gold, it made him terribly windy, uncomfortable and constipated yet I've read heaps of other babies like Rhiannon (beautiful name!!) can take Heinz Nurture gold fine.<br /><br />We put Sam back on Karicare light blue and he has since been getting constipated and uncomfortable again so we are going to change again.  It's hard to know which one to get because it takes a few days for it to go through their system and for you to notice a difference.<br /><br />I have heard that the Karicare Gold is good for digestion so that's the one I'm going to try now.<br /><br />Good luck!]]>
