I found they do take a little bit of practice but can be quite rewarding. If it's your first time making nappies I'd recommend the standard pockets then trying the FOE ones. Yep i've used them on him a couple of times and no red marks but it is inside so not directly on his skin. The nappies my mum made had the FOE with the kit and she used it in the inside and they are fine. its not like fuzzis - fuzzi elastic is in the nappy and not seen but the FOE goes on the outside ...

Hi all

Was perusing the greenbeans website and saw the DIY pocket kits and wondered what FOE means? I know that it stand for Fold Over Elastic but I am not sure what that actually looks like. Is it more like a Fuzzi elastic or a Tweedle/Baby Harmony elastic?
