I normally just do the normal, (to me it is normal as it is the only 1 I know how to make LOL)

icing Sugar, drop or 2 of vanilla essence, knob of butter then boiling water till you get the right consistancy (sp?)

Other than that not sure what other icing....ENJOY

I have decided to make the mayo choc cake for tobys afternoon tea on sunday and i want to know what would be the best icing for it. could i do a butter icing? or would that be too much???
