We use a fluffies nappy, just looks like a pair of pants and we have no problems with leaks and whatnot. I can highly recommend the Kushies Washable Swim Nappys. Not only do they fit great and can go under rash suits - no need for a nappy underneath. They look adorable on. I have not found anything else on the market that even comes close to the Kushies Swim Nappy.

I have one that begins with P. I got it from a store in Palmy that does disposable nappies all over the country (babies online maybe).
