I have just recently started drinking Complan as a mid-afternoon snack - when you usually find yourself grabbing for something quick and easy but not very healthy. I really love the vanilla flavour, it reminds me of those milk biscuits you can buy from health shops. I am a breastfeeding mum of a 4.5 month old and love being able to get the extra nutrients I need in a convenient and tasty drink - I just wish now that I had found Complan earlier! I am pretty sure it will now be a staple in my pantry.

Nice and easy to make especially if you use a stick mixer (then you get no lumps) I wasn't as keen on the vanilla as the chocolate, it needed a banana or berries added for my taste. I tend to end up not eating breakfast for one reason or another but found Complan great as I can make one and drink it easily while getting lunches ready for the day. I have already purchased more and can see Complan being added regularly to our shopping list

As a new mum, I have found complan to be a lifesaver. After my baby was delivered via c-section, I really didnt feel like eating but knew that I had to in order to be bale to provide good nourishment for my newborn. Complan is tasty and easy to prepare. It is also easy to drink one handed when you are busy with a new baby! I make it using a stick blender, and my fabourite combo is chocolate Complan and banana. Adding a banana makes it extra filling. My almost four year old daught has also been enjoying complan "milkshakes!" I wouldn't be without it now.

I really liked Complan, both Vanilla and Chocolate. It was such a fast and easy thing for me to make and feel full from. I've found them to be a great source of energy too.

I found Complan really handy to have in the cupboard as a new mum. It served as a great pick me up in the afternoon or as a quick breakfast, especially when I was still trying to find my feet and rhythm with bubs. Complan also helped keep my milk supply and energy up. Both vanilla and chocolate taste really good, but I prefer the chocolate - with milk it tasted like a chocolate milkshake (which was a super treat!) For a meal replacement, I used milk as it was more filling, but for afternoon/morning tea I mixed it with water. I'd buy this product again.

Great Taste, and really fills you up, I have found that it mixes better with a stick blender etc, as just whisking it leaves some small lumps. I prefer the vanilla flavour and is great to use as a base for healthy smoothies.

My 5 year old and 2 year old have been having Vanilla Complan every second day now for 2 weeks. They have been enjoying it after their breakfast. Both have them have really enjoyed the flavour and it has been keeping them full of energy until morning tea time. It is very easy to make up and they enjoy the taste. A resealable packet would make it more convenient. Overall we would buy this product again

My 5 year old and 2 year old have also really enjoyed it. They both see it as a treat in the afternoons. It keeps their energy levels up until meal times. I would buy this product again

As a new mother, breastfeeding my son, it was suggested to me by a lactation consultant that drinking a milky meal-replacement drink such as Complan, in the afternoon, would offer a good boost and help replace vitamins and fluids lost in the production of milk. But it wasn't until now, that I am a mother of two, and still breastfeeding my youngest at almost two years old, I have realised the wisdom in that advice. Being a stay-at-home mum and Playcentre member means I am constantly on the go and the days go by quickly, and my energy gets used up fast. Forgetting to eat proper meals and instead picking around the kids mealtimes is a common complaint among mothers such as myself. Since I started having a Complan drink in the early-to-mid afternoon, my energy levels during the 'witching hour' (around 4pm - 6pm)have vastly improved. I find I enjoy and look forward to having my afternoon Complan like a treat, as the flavours are quite delicious and it's far more satisfying to treat myself with a drink packed full of vitamins and minerals which support the immune system and aid well-being, than load up on empty carbs. Not only is it good for me, but it is great for the kids when they are off-colour and lose their appetites. Keeping kids in the best of health through nutrition is a real task for parents of picky eaters and the relief I feel when my little ones gulp down a big cup of Complan when they have a cold means it will always be a staple in my pantry.

I like the Chocolate flavour as a drink - generally made with milk as I'm pregnant and trying to get in all the calcium I can. I use the vanilla to make bircher muesli, which is fantastic. I think they would be great in "Stick packs", like toddler formula comes in, great for taking to work etc.

Great product. Useful as a lunch on the go with two little ones. Left me feeling satisfied, although I did use all milk rather than water. Flavours were great and it was nice to know I was getting some nutrition from it! Would like to have a go adding some berries to the vanilla one. Certainly something I will keep on with.

This is a great drink for boosting energy levels. I've got a 3 month old and a 2 year old and it's awesome for when I'm too busy to prepare a snack. I'm breastfeeding and this is quick and easy to prepare straight after or before a feed. I used milk instead of water for extra energy. I loved the chocolate flavour but wasn't too keen on the vanilla one but my partner loved it! Would recommend it to mums (and dads) of young children. The only thing I found a bit tricky was stirring the powder in. It didn't dissolve easily. We wondered if the makers of this would consider selling it as a ready-made drink. Might also be a good idea to package the powder in say 10 or 20 sachets - that way mums heading out the door to visit friends could take it with them.

A packet of chocolate and vanilla arrived on my doorstep when I was recovering with a bout of mastitis with newborn just a few days old and a toddler running about the house. TAlk about perfect timin! I've been drinking a mug a day. I prefer it hot (with boiling water) rather than cold (tastes a bit funny cold with water, but good with ice cold milk). Great to know I'm getting good nutritional content during a time I really need it. Looking forward to trying out the cereal and other recipes in your pamphlet. Thanks Complan :)

Complan is included as a part of my every day balanced diet. I find it a fabulous way to top up my energy supply, giving me that extra stamina to keep up with my three year old and 3 month old daughters. I am also breastfeeding so as well as the extra fulfillment it is also satisfying to know my baby is well catered for with good full healthy nutrition that Complan provides her. My biggest Saviour with Complan is the support it gives me with my Epilepsy. Sleep deprivation and Epilepsy don't mix but Complan provides the protein which gives me that extra oomph in those early hours of the night when baby wakes. I love the chocolate flavor and have been enjoying it with ice cold milk. I am yet to try it as a hot beverage. The vanilla one is best used as an accompaniment with berries and/or fruit for a smoothie or with cereal in my opinion. I also find it hard to disperse the powder into the liquid as well as I'd like finding lumps when drinking from a shaker. Much better result when using a electric blender/wand. I would also love to be able to purchase a readymade Complan drink in a carton and or sachets. Thankyou

During pregnancy I drank Strawberry Complan with milk each morning before getting out of bed, it was all I could hold down and set me up for my 1hr20min commute to work. Now that I've had baby I have been drinking Complan after breastfeeding before going to netball training or a game. It gives me the extra boost to get through exercise and breastfeed. I always use the whizz stick to mix up my drink, I find the Vanilla flavour super creamy and reminds my of the dairyfood I ate as a child. The Chocolate provides a chocolate hit with nutrition without grabbing a chocolate bar for a quick energy hit, Complan will fill me up for a longer time to be the active Mum I am. I would recommend Complan to preganant women and breasfeeding mothers.

I love the taste of complan and have been using it for years. The vanilla is great added to smoothies with banana and peanut butter for a protein hit. I struggle to eat and having a 15 month old son means I can seriously lack for nutrients so this is awesome to have in the cuboard. I always mix it with milk, not that keen on it with water. The only thing I wish was different was it can be hard to mix if you just want a cup of it and dont want to get out the blender as it doesnt mix into the milk very well if you just stir it.

I have used complan on and off for years. I have a very busy job and often find myself skipping lunch, but I find it is quick and easy to make up some complan. It gives me a bit of peace of mind to know that I am still getting some nutrition! I certainly notice my energy levels drop when i'm not using it and have found that I don't get sick very often when I use it over winter. I definitely recommend making it as the per the instructions (ie putting the water in first and using a fork) as it seems to be less lumpy that way. I always buy the chocolate and love the taste. The vanilla sample i got definitely wasn't the same- tasted like i was drinking something good for me haha!

I have used Complan throughout my pregnancy now 31 Weeks, it is great for a snack on the go. I love the Vanilla flavour and as I struggle to eat fruit normally I add fruit and yoghurt in a blender or at work a hand whizz to make a nice smoothie.

Complan was amazing throughout my pregnancy and after my little boy was born. I used to use it around mid afternoon when I was my tiredest. I liked it best as a hot chocolate, it's quick, easy and it's delicious, it kept me going when I needed it most.

Complan was my saviour when I was pregnant I couldnt eat anything without feeling sick, but having complan was something I could stomach and milk was something I could drink by the gallons! Complan had all the vitamins and minerals needed when I was pregnant and even now 12 months later I drink it, it keeps my energy up and I don't feel so run down looking after my wee girl. Chocolate is my favourite!!

Complan provides a quick and convenient shake and meal in one for this busy mum. Just like formula, spoon into water, shake and consume. Simple! Mixed with either cold water or green cap milk, it is tasty and thick and you know you're getting a great range of vitamins whilst getting your fill. The fact that Complan can be mixed with water means you're not paying any more money to have a nutritious "meal", ie. you don't have to spend money on milk, bananas, berries etc for a shake! A great thing about complan is that it meets the need of combatting hunger without the need to pump weights, like many other protein shakes do. It is also a nice little treat for energetic school kids. Since becoming a mother 6 months ago, Complan has saved my rumbling tummy from turning itself inside out, and it is a highly recommended product for others for this exact reason!

I'm a fan of Complan - it was great while I was pregnant and suffering from morning sickness, and perfect for when I was super low in energy following the birth and just needed something extra to get me through the night feeds. My favourite is chocolate with water instead of milk - it is too milky for me otherwise. The double chocolate needs milk though, it doesn't taste right with water. I've found the best way to mix is with a fork with a little bit of liquid to make a paste, then slowly add the rest of the liquid while stirring. Delicious!
