25/05/2011 -just to add to my previous review, I am noticing more energy now that I'm back into a routine & think its due to the Spirulina + Vitamin C, I missed a dose and really noticed it, so thank you again for letting me trial this product :)

17/05/2011 -I am so glad that I got to try these out, I have been struggling with tonsillitis for the last month and feeling run down. I do think that taking these twice a day has improved my health, my sore throat finally went away, and I have notice an improvement of my energy levels which is nice. Definately a good choice if looking for a supplement to get through the winter months.

16/05/2011 -I also was excited to be reviewing this product as I was heading back to work after 16 months as a SAHM and I was tired without working. I also found the dosage a bit daunting with 2-3 tabs twice a day as i forget one dose of the day occasionally. while the tablets are large they are fairly easy swallow with water and knowing the products are all natural is great! I didn't find a huge difference in energy after 2 weeks but then it could take longer than this to kick in and I had just started back at work which could;ve been makinn me extra tired. I'm continuing to take them & am hoping that i notice the difference soon and as I get into work the extra tiredness will hopefully disappear and I will really notice the difference :) Thank for letting me take part in this review.

10/05/2011 -I was excited to be reviewing this product as I have been feeling rather run down lately and a friend had reccomended spirulina. (I had just gotten over the 'flu, been on antibiotics and had a baby who'd decided he no longer wanted to sleep at night). Dosage is 2-3 capsules twice daily so I decided to take 2 capsules twice daily as I figured that would make one bottle last a month (30 days). I did find myself a tad disappointed with the product overall, but maybe I needed a higher dose or longer than 2 weeks is needed for a noticeable improvement to be seen. Here are my pros and cons of the product: Pros: Organic Easy to swallow (large tablets but had gel coating - like inner health plus tablets) Didn't get sick whilst taking Known health benefits of spirulina Feel healthy physically, if still very tired Cons: Dosage very large at 2-3 capsules 2 times daily (Concerned about the take more as required/desired comment! Would have thought there would be a max dosage) Did not get 'sustained long-lasting energy boost' described on bottle (in fact had a few bad headaches only get when really run down but this was in first few days of taking product and haven't had any since that first week) Amount of Vitamin C is very minimal (47.8mg/4 tablets) so would still need to take a Vitamin C tablet if that vitamin was lacking in my diet (as well below recommended daily dosage) Whilst not a bad product, I do not feel it performed any better than my usual regime of vitamin C and iron melts. I'd give it a 3/5.

09/05/2011 -I do really like this natural, organic product, however, there are a few things putting me off it as well. Firstly, having to take 2-3 capsules 2 times a day is just too much of a hassle for a busy mum who can hardly find time to eat 3 meals a day. The capsules are also VERY large - I would DEFINITELY rate this product higher if it was a 1 a day type of deal, preferably with a smaller sized capsule as well... I'd also like the nutrition information on the pack to give a few more details, I really like it when the % of the recommended daily intake is specified - makes it a lot easier to compare products. Despite these few details I would be happy to recommend this product to friends and family as I've definitely felt great while taking it. However, not more so than when I take a different multivitamin supplement!! Still, nice to know this one is organic!
